C’Koh Andrew and Matt Deckard

Today, the family business continues to scale under the leadership of C’Koh and Matt.

C’Koh Andrew serves as the President and Owner, driving day-to-day operations and upholding quality control. Having grown up directly within the trade, Koh combines hands-on installation expertise with a strategic vision for modern construction techniques. C’Koh Andrew acts as the Business Development Manager and Co-Owner. She steers the company’s regional scaling strategies, public outreach, and expanding market footprint.
Matt Deckard has been with the company since 2018 and became co-owner in 2021. He oversees all daily operations for Knox. He grew up in the construction industry, learning from his father’s company.

Under this generational transition, Knox Services expanded its footprint. The company grew from its original home base in Lafayette to include a dedicated regional office in Brownsburg. This expansion allows us to serve the wider Indianapolis metropolitan area. Supported by co-owners Matt Deckard and a growing roster of project managers, directors, and field crews, the Knox family continues to modernize exterior contracting.
