Our Story
Knox Services was founded in West Lafayette, Indiana as a full-service contractor and broke the mold from day one. We have a strong feeling of community and strive to go above and beyond to give you the best product the first time around while minimizing the effect it has on your daily life.
We thrive on building good relationships with our clients and love seeing our signs in yards all over the Greater Lafayette area!

Weather Damage Inspections
If you think you may have weather damage to your roof, our experienced team members can help assess the damage and consult with you on your options. If you decide to file a claim with insurance, we can help you navigate the process. We will work hand in hand with you and your insurance company and help provide any photos or documentation to help ensure a seamless process. If you think you may have storm damage, give us a call!

We are Master Elite and Master Select Certified through our preferred shingle manufacturer, GAF. Sometimes in our industry, all it takes to stand out is to show up and work efficiently with respect for the property. Of course, the bare minimum isn’t enough for our team!

Co-Owner
C'Koh Andrew
C’Koh’s father founded Knox Services, and her brother took over as owner-operator after their father’s passing. She joined the family business as a sales representative in 2018. She then took over management of the Lafayette office along with Matt Deckard. In July 2021, they co-purchased the company.
C’Koh grew up in West Lafayette, graduating from West Lafayette Junior/Senior High School. She earned her Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University in 2005. C’Koh and her husband, a veteran, have two beautiful children. In addition, they have three dogs—Bug, Ruca, and Snoop.
Co-Owner
Matt Deckard
Matt has been with the company since 2018 and became co-owner in 2021. He oversees all daily operations for Knox. He grew up in the construction industry, learning from his father’s company.
Matt graduated high school in 1994 and has continued his education through various certifications in the construction and roofing industry. He’s been married for over ten years and has a son and stepson, both attending college. In Matt’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.
Office Support Specialist
Sara Dishman
Born and raised in Greater Lafayette, Sara began working with Knox Services in March 2023. She’s a 2002 Harrison High School graduate. She’s earned the nickname “Dory” because of her perseverance and positive attitude.
Sarah is married and has two wonderful boys. In her free time, she enjoys being with family and friends.

Nikki Moore
Nikki started with Knox in June 2020 as an Office Assistant. She was offered the position of Office Manager and accepted in October 2020. She received her certification in Administrative Office Specialties from Vantage Career Center in 2001.
Married to her husband for over 16 years, Nikki has two daughters, three sons, and two precious grandbabies. She’s also a fur mom to two dogs and three cats. When not at Knox, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, laughing, and making memories.

Senior Project Manager
Eric Jonas
Eric joined Knox Services in 2017 to oversee the commercial flat roof division. Since then, he’s had the opportunity to manage shingle, metal, and siding projects. He’s enjoyed watching the company grow into a solid small business. Eric takes pride in working for a company invested in the local community where he grew up.
Eric was born and raised in the Lafayette area. He is a West Lafayette High School and Purdue University graduate and is actively enrolled in GAF’s Care training program. Eric is the proud father of a son and daughter. He loves spending time with his wife and their growing family. He’s a huge Purdue sports fanatic and enjoys doing DIY projects around the house.

Project Manager
Shane Johnson
Shane has been with Knox since 2017, starting as a subcontractor and working his way up to project manager with the company. Shane attended Benton Central High School and received an Associate Degree in Building Trades from Ivy Tech Community College.
Shane’s been married since 1998 and has two boys, Tripp and Dax. His family also includes two dogs, Poppy, the sheepadoodle, and Flint, the standard poodle.

Field Production Assistant
Jamie Russell
A Crawfordsville native, Jamie arrived at Knox Services with extensive experience. He’s worked in construction his entire career, operating his grandfather’s businesses, Fox Hauling and Fox Construction. Jamie is proud to have worked on projects for the Cancer Research Center and Rec Center at Purdue. In addition, from 1999 to 2022, he ran his own gutter company.
Jamie has built five championship-winning Billy Fox Race Cars. He enjoys fast cars and electric guitars. One of his greatest joys is spending time with his daughter, two sons, and three grandkids.

Ryan Pruett
Ryan has been with Knox since 2021. He performs sales duties for roofs, gutters, siding, and masonry. He comes to us with 12 years of experience in the construction industry.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Sales
Adam Minier
Adam joined Knox Services as a Sales Representative in October 2022. He has 19 years of sales experience and started his career selling appliances at Sears. From there, he joined the construction industry and gained experience selling construction equipment, windows, exterior repairs, and services.
In his free time, Adam enjoys relaxing with his wife of 12 years and their three chihuahuas. You can often find them traveling or on the lake.

Repair Sales Specialist
Anthony Felix
Anthony started with Knox in 2021. He works in sales and performs repairs. He’ll tell you that he’s worked for other companies, but Knox is the best.
Anthony graduated from William Henry Harrison High School in 2004, and he’s been working in construction ever since. He’s a single father, and his daughter is his life. He enjoys spending time with her and working. Anthony’s family lives around Jacksonville, FL. He loves PC games—especially playing them with his daughter. He enjoys helping other people and takes great pride in what he does. He’s proud to fix problems and help protect other peoples’ homes from weather damage.

Repairs / Repair Sales
Nicholas Nash
Nick started with Knox Services in April of 2022, making repairs and working in sales. He has hands-on experience and knowledge in servicing equipment and fixing what needs fixing, and he handles the deals once the repair is completed.
Nick went to Central Dauphin East High School in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Home Improvement Consultant
Drew Deckard
Drew is a Field Production Assistant at Knox Services, bringing dedication to his role since joining the company in July 2023. With a background in automotive studies and a private pilot certificate earned from Purdue Aviation, Drew is pursuing an associate's degree in Business Administration to enhance his skills and knowledge further.
Outside work, Drew enjoys staying active by hitting the gym, indulging in video games, and immersing himself in nature through kayak fishing and hiking. His passion for his work makes him a valuable member of the Knox Services team.
Parts runner
Joe Wright
Joe, currently a parts runner at Knox Services, plays an important role in the smooth operation of projects by assisting project managers and ensuring crews have the necessary materials. Having been with Knox Services briefly, Joe has quickly adapted and integrated into the company and plans to further his career here.
Joe graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 2000 with a GED and pursued further education at Lincoln Tech, specializing in electrical systems technology. His dedication and enthusiasm make him an asset to the Knox Services team.

We ran into a few roadblocks--like having to create a "cricket" on the roof to divert water to another direction, or having to bring in the "window guys" to stabilize old windows as new siding was going on. Matt and C'Koh just took care of it and brought in whoever needed to do the work--and they even managed to do all the work without damaging the flowers and shrubs! I would highly recommend them--excellent customer service and really nice people!"

Mark Savage phoned prior to the appointment to confirm appointment and arrival time. Mark found a bad area in a ridge cap and a vent pipe boot that was dry and cracking. Instead of making an appointment for a future repair he found some materials on his truck and made both repairs at that time. The charge was minimal and the problems were fixed. The whole experience with Knox was very positive. They made little to no profit on this job but created a long time customer. Now I know why you see their trucks and signs all over town. Give them a call on all your roofing needs. You want be disappointed."
